Gift Wrapping
All goods can be gorgeously gift wrapped for a small additional cost of £2.00 per item. Go on, save yourself the trouble of being tangled in cellotape and running out of wrapping paper! We will make sure your present looks beautiful, the price is removed before wrapping and we’ll attach a cute tag with your message on.
Payment & Packing
Payment is taken via our Paypal secure system that is quick and easy (you don’t even have to set-up a Paypal account to buy). We accept
All of your purchases will be enclosed in a protective bubble wrap bag and posted in a coloured mailing bag. Make sure you open the document wallet on the front of the package & keep the receipt inside.
The postage charged is variable dependent on the weight of your order. This means you don’t end up having to pay more even if you’re just buying something small. As a guide, the average post and pack charge is £3.50
The Postage & Packing charge will be calculated and shown before you complete your order.
All of your lovely purchases will be with you in 2 – 4 days with our normal recorded delivery. A signature will be required when you receive your goods. If you have an accessory emergency, you can choose a quicker delivery option to receive your goods by first class recorded delivery*.
*Please note the charges for different delivery options will be dependent on the weight of your order. This will be stated before you complete payment.
In order for you to receive your delivery as quickly as possible if you will not be at home, we recommend you enter your work address as the delivery address.

Returns
In the unlikely event you are not happy with your goods, please return them to us in the original condition, unused and in the original packaging within 14 days. Any complimentary or promotional items accompanying the goods purchased are also required to be returned before a refund can be credited. If any of your goods are faulty, please return within 30 days and follow the normal procedure detailed below:
Include your original receipt with a note explaining why your product is unsuitable, along with your goods and original packaging.
We suggest returning your item by recorded delivery, as we can not be held responsible for returned goods whilst in transit.
Please package and post to LMT Retail Returns, Stennell House, 133 Hampton Lane, Solihull, West Midlands, B91 2RS.
We will refund you within 5 – 10 days and send you email confirmation.
Please note we can not accept returns of any earring product for hygiene reasons.
If you would like to exchange a product you will need to place an order on the website as usual and post the original item back for refund.
